Cerulean Skies by jdrainville Cerulean Skies by jdrainville
Another photo taken for my class. I went to The Getty Center and captured some pictures of the beautiful day. The LA basin was hazy like almost always, but the sky was so blue, and really made the white stone of the Center stand out.

Also, they have a landscape photography display up right now. :D

Have you been to the Malibu one? It is really great, too, in a much smaller intimate way.

The Roman Villa? I love that place! I haven't been since they refurbished it. Time to go again soon! :)

I went last November for the first time since it was redone...it is great but I really kind of liked it the old way better. Before it really felt like his home with an intimate collection feeling...now it is beautiful but it feels like a museaum not a home :( But don't let that keep you from going - it is worth it!!!

Aw, I think I'd miss that feeling as well. I'll still go back since I love museums, but at least I'm forewarned. :)

Take your camera - even the hallway by the parking area is beautiful... [link]
